Core Skills

Learn and refine all of the basic skills to be successful in lacrosse. Cradling, throwing, catching, ground balls, dodging, shooting will all be covered. Players will build up to small sided offensive and defensive concepts.

Time: 5:00pm-6:00pm Players will be split up by age and experience.

Eligibility: This class is suitable for players with less than 2 years of playing experience
